Welcome to Purity Art! To ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone, we have established the following terms and conditions.
By accessing or using any part of our website, products, or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms may be updated periodically, so please check regularly for any changes.
Client Policies
Customer policies
1. Service provision
Required cleaning supplies: Customers are required to provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. If you need advice on what equipment is required to clean your facility, feel free to contact us at info@purityart.nl.
Professional cleaning teams: We typically work in teams of two or three professionally trained cleaners. To ensure consistency and quality, an executive technician regularly inspects the work performed by the cleaning teams.
2. Key Policy
Spare key required: We require a second key to your property in order to perform cleaning services. Without this key, we cannot proceed with the service.
No hidden keys accepted: We do not accept keys hidden around the property (e.g., under a mat) to prevent misunderstandings. Please provide the key directly to us.
Key handover options:
– Hand the key to the cleaner during your next scheduled cleaning appointment.
– Deliver the key to our office: Westergracht 111a, 2013 ZN Haarlem.
3. Cleaning request policy
Advance notice for requests: Urgent requests can only be handled if they are submitted at least two (2) working days in advance. Requests submitted after this deadline cannot be accommodated.
No last-minute requests: Please plan ahead for any additional cleaning needs, as last-minute requests will no longer be possible.
4. Payment policy
Minimum hours: The minimum number of hours per cleaning session is three, to ensure a thorough service.
Payment due: All payments are due at the end of each month. For an invoice, please contact us via email at info@purityart.nl.
Late payments: If a payment is overdue for more than 14 working days, a late fee of 25% of the total monthly amount will be charged.
5. Cancellation and schedule changes
Cancellation notice: We request that all clients provide a minimum of three (3) working days’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service. This allows us to fill the spot and maintain a full schedule for our staff.
Cancellation fees: If a cancellation is made with less than three days’ notice, the following fees will apply:
– Three days before the scheduled service – No charge.
– Two days before the scheduled service – 50% charge.
– The day before or on the day of service – 100% charge.
Temporary suspension of services: If you plan to be away from your property for an extended period and do not require cleaning services, please schedule a suspension of services (refer to the above rules on cancellations).
Missed appointments: If our cleaning team cannot access your facility and is turned away upon arrival (for any reason), the cleaning time will begin, and the full amount for the service will be charged.
6. Service quality and adjustments
Quality assurance: We guarantee consistent, high-quality cleaning services. If you find that something was missed during your cleaning session, please contact us immediately at info@purityart.nl, and we will correct it as soon as possible.
No refunds: We do not offer refunds but are happy to correct any mistakes. We may offer up to one hour of free cleaning services for any errors we make.
Insured and certified: Purity Art is a fully insured and certified professional cleaning service.
Damage notification: If any damage occurs during a cleaning session, please inform us within two (2) days. We will address the issue, but we are not responsible for damage caused by defective or improperly installed items.
7. Working hours and business operations
Operating hours: Purity Art operates from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on weekends, unless otherwise arranged.
Annual price adjustments: Due to the costs of running a business, we adjust our rates annually. Clients will be notified in advance of any price increases.
Referrals: Clients receive one hour of free cleaning services for each new client they refer to Purity Art. This discount will be applied after the first cleaning service of the referred client.
Facility policies:
Please make certain your facility is accessible to our cleaning crews. If you are not at the facility when we come to clean, please deactivate your security alarm prior to each scheduled visit or provide us with a code. The code needs to be provided two (2) days prior to the scheduled visit. If you are using keys, then the same applies. On the condition that you are using keys, Purity Art’s must know where you are leaving the keys two (2) days prior to the visit. If you would like to send a picture of where you are storing the keys, please email info@purityart.nl. If at all possible, it would be helpful to make a spare key for the cleaners. We recommend having a key box outside of your facility; this will ensure that the cleaning crew will always have access to the place they need to clean. If our cleaning crews are unable to access your facility and if they are turned away when they arrive (for any reason), the time for cleaning will start to count, and a fee of 100 percent (100%) of the bill due for the service that would have been performed will be applied.
During our estimating walk-through of your facility, we will want to identify the areas of concern and those that are most important to you. We will evaluate and propose a cleaning plan to complete the job and meet your needs. A service agreement will be provided at the time of the estimate. If you would like additional areas that might need service at a later date, please notify us as soon as possible. We ask for three (3) days’ notice in advance so that we may adjust the schedule and billing rate to accommodate these changes. While your satisfaction is our primary goal, we thank you in advance for understanding that it is impossible for us to accommodate last-minute changes to our cleaning schedule.
Arrival of cleaning crews: Please be patient with our cleaning crews when they arrive at your facility, as sometimes circumstances are out of our control. This means, on occasion, the cleaning crews can be late. We understand that you, our valued customers, have busy schedules. So, please allow a reasonable amount of time for them to arrive. Please refer to point number 10 in regard to providing a key box so the cleaning crews have access to your facility. This will ensure that even if you cannot be at the facility, they can come in and do their job.
Purity Arts is not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items. Please inform us of any items in your facility that require this type of attention. The cleaning crew will immediately notify the client of any accidental damage that occurs during each job. If the cleaning crew does damage to anything in your facility (which is a very rare occurrence), then Purity Art’s will, of course, pay for any damage we are liable for, but only if you notify the company within the two (2) day timeframe. If notification is made past the two (2) daytime period, Purity Art’s reserves the right to deny compensation.
